About Rachel Andrea Go
I’m a Fractional CMO for B2B eCommerce companies in fulfillment, logistics, supply-chain, multi-channel, and FBA prep. I own the marketing function end-to-end: strategy, hiring, systems, execution. Founders hire me when they’ve tried DIY, been burned by content-only freelancers, or don’t yet want the 6-month ramp of a full-time CMO hire.
I’ve shipped this Playbook across multiple companies since 2013 — first marketing hire at Deliverr (acq. by Shopify), MyFBAPrep, and ZonPrep; first CMO at iDrive Logistics; Content Marketing Coordinator at Skubana (acq. by Extensiv).
The pattern holds: I owned the function (or, at Skubana, the content/SEO foundation) through funding rounds, and the results held up at acquisition. Deliverr Co-Founder Michael Krakaris said: “Regularly demonstrates ability to operate at next developmental/leadership level…Rachel is always able to do more with less. She is able to quickly take on new initiatives and execute at an extremely high level.” The functional scope showed up before the title did, and that’s been the pattern ever since.
I work lean because build-phase companies work lean. At Deliverr I ran the Discoverr conference at 55% under budget — $9K actual vs $20K projected — with cost per new seller at $1,125 vs $2,500 forecast. That’s the CMO-tier budget management a fractional retainer needs to earn. Tom Wicky, Co-Founder of MyFBAPrep and a 20-year marketing veteran: “I struggle to think of a single person with as much depth and breadth as Rachel that also executes with the throughput/delivery Rachel achieves.”
Currently: Fractional CMO at iDrive Logistics and ZonPrep. Oxford EMBA (Saïd Business School), completing 2027. Building AI startups that I’m constantly learning from.
If you’re a co-founder or C-suite operator at a build-phase B2B eCom ops company and you’re starting to tackle your marketing function, reach out. I’m not currently taking on new clients, but I’m always happy to hear about interesting problems.
